Raritan's products are covered by the most extensive standard warranty in the industry. All Raritan products are covered by a 2-year limited factory warranty. Warranty terms are provided below:

Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase from a certified Raritan supplier. Please contact Raritan on +61 3 9866 6887 for contact details of certified Raritan suppliers in your area.

Phone and E-mail support are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AEST, Monday through to Friday.

To register for warranty coverage please email support.au@raritan.com and provide the following details:

Product part code:
Product serial number:
Date of purchase:
Supplier Name:


Faulty Unit Returns

To return a Raritan product under warranty, in the first instance please contact the Supplier from whom the equipment was purchased or alternatively Raritan Australia directly on +61 3 9866 6887 to register the return and obtain a Raritan Return Authority number.

Cite the Return Authority number when returning the faulty unit back to your Raritan supplier; your supplier will then organise a replacement unit from Raritan on your behalf.
